Is the Evercleanse detox really the best way to detoxify your colon?
I can only speak from my experience when I say that I would MUCH rather prefer using Evercleanse detox which is a natural fiber based detox than sticking a tube up my bum, which I have done several times, before I heard the commercial on the radio. When I received my colonics (colonic hydrotherapy) which is the process of removing the contents of your colon by use of a gentle flow of water, I did feel some discomfort at the point when you are filled up with water you feel like you have to take a big dump and you feel like the tube will come flying out if you let it out … (it doesn’t, but it makes for a bit of discomfort)
The Evercleanse detox on the other hand is gentle and non invasive and makes sense if you are not comfortable with the idea of foreign objects entering your you know what. It is important that you realize whether you get a colonic or use Evercleanse detox, you MUST remember that you are getting rid of all the bad bacteria and the good. You need to make sure that after your colonic you take probiotics to replenish the good bacteria. When you use one of the Evercleanse detox packages, they supply you with these good bacteria so you don’t have to make any additional purchases.
There is also the good ol’ enema which doesn’t get your entire colon and should be used only if your poop shoot is clogged up.
There is one last way that I know of to do a flush of your colon. You could eat fruit for a couple days straight. Maybe start with a large fresh carrot juice one morning and then another one that night while eating only fruit in between. The reason I say this is because the gal who give me colonics always had me drink a large carrot juice the night before a session with her. She said it’s like a colonics before your colonics.
